How to Use Your Puracy Castor Oil Pack

1. Prepare the Pack

• Lay the cotton flannel sheet flat.
• Apply 2–3 tablespoons of castor oil onto the flannel.
• Make sure the flannel is evenly saturated.
• Insert your reusable heat/cold pack into the zipper pouch if using heat.

2. Position the Pack

Place the oiled flannel directly onto your skin over the targeted area:

• Lower abdomen – hormone support, cramping, bloating
• Right rib area – liver support
• Abdomen – digestion, detox, constipation
• Back or joints – pain and inflammation

Use the adjustable elastic straps to secure comfortably (suitable for all sizes).

3. Add Gentle Heat (Optional but Recommended)

• Insert your reusable heat pack (included) into the built-in zipper pouch.
• Gentle heat enhances oil absorption and overall effectiveness.

4. Relax & Restore

• Wear the pack for 30–60 minutes.
• Use 3–4 times weekly for best results.
• Wipe skin clean afterward.
• Store your flannel in a sealed bag and reuse up to 30 times before replacing.
