NatPro Natural, Bio-Identical Progesterone Cream 80ml Pump

NatPro is an 89% organic natural progesterone cream carried in a vegetable-oil based organic cream. Synthetic chemicals and environmental pollutants have been identified as “endocrine disruptors” which cause serious hormonal imbalances and NatPro addresses these imbalances. 1tsp of cream is equivalent to 5ml / 5g. 5g of cream will give you 166mg of progesterone.

• The progesterone in Natpro is identical to the progesterone your body makes.
• The USP progesterone in Natpro is derived from the Mexican Wild Yam. Don't confuse Natpro progesterone cream with a bean or yam "extract". Such extracts do not contain progesterone.
• Natpro has a progesterone concentration of 3.33%. This means there are 33.33 milligrams of progesterone per gram of cream.

•Recommended daily dose for women: between 100 and 200mg, depending on severity of symptoms.

•Recommended daily dose for men: between 10 and 100mg, depending on severity of symptoms.

Always use half the dose in the morning and the other half in the evening. 

Use for a minimum of three months to experience the benefits.

Dosage and Instructions:

Apply a pea sized amount (1/4tsp) or 1 pump to soft skin like inner arm, inner thigh, tummy, buttocks etc. 2-3 times per day, every day until hormones are balanced. This can take 3-5 months and symptoms can appear worse before they improve, so perseverance and patience are key.

After your hormones are balanced, you will use it from day 12 of your cycle to your next bleed and have a break from day 1-11.
Always rotate where you apply the cream to ensure efficient absorption, so don’t apply to the same area more than once in 4 days.

If you no longer have a cycle, you can use it continuously, 2x daily.
