Seed cycling can support:

Here is how it works:
Days 1 - 14 of your cycle: Use the Follicular phase
Days 5 - 28 of your cycle: Use the Luteal Phase.
If you do not have a regular period, or no longer have a period, you can still use seed cycling to your benefit. Sync your seed rotation with the moon phases:
New moon to full moon: Follicular Phase 1
Full moon to new moon: Luteal Phase 2
Luteal Phase 2:
Grind up 2 tablespoons per day and sprinkle over salads, yoghurt etc. Very important: Grind as you use to prevent oxidation of the seed.
